Candle Wax
Candle wax that has dripped onto textiles.
Step by step
- 1Freeze the garment — the wax hardens
- 2Break off and scrape the hardened wax
- 3Place paper towels above and below the stain
- 4Iron on low heat — the wax is absorbed into the paper
- 5Treat any residue with solid soap
Tips
The freeze + iron method works on most fabrics. Be careful with heat on delicate materials.
